A small first-person renovation sim with a PS1 look.

Un pequeño simulador de reformas en primera persona con estética de PS1. (Español más abajo)

Every house has a history. Some of it is still inside.
Cada casa tiene su historia. Parte de ella sigue dentro.

You've just started out on your own: a tiny studio, a sofa, an old TV and a tablet full of job offers. Take on jobs from clients around town, clean up their run-down homes and turn them into places someone would love to live in.

What you'll do

  • Clean — scrub stains, sweep up trash and spray away the bugs.
  • Repair — radiators, taps, sockets and windows, piece by piece.
  • Renovate — fill cracks, knock down walls, paint, wallpaper, tile and lay new floors.
  • Decorate — buy furniture from your tablet and make every room feel like home.
  • Flip — read your mail, take new jobs and buy houses of your own to renovate and sell.
  • Improve — your tools level up the more you use them.

Features

  • Chunky PS1-style graphics with vertex wobble and dithering (tune the retro filter in Options).
  • A short tutorial and a help key that shows you what's left to do.
  • Fully playable in English and Spanish.

Personalisation

The game can use a few details from your computer to personalise some moments (your Windows user name, your wallpaper and the names of some files and programs). Everything stays on your computer: nothing is sent anywhere and no files are created or changed. You can turn it off at any time in Options → Use data from this computer.

Contains some themes that some players may find uncomfortable.

I’d like to report a bug: after mowing the lawn, if there is a plant to be removed amidst the grass you’ve just cut, the game won't let you remove it.

Thanks a lot for reporting it, and for playing the game! I’m planning to release an update with more fixes very soon, and this one will be included. 🙂

Thank you so much for your reply and for being so quick!I wanted to say that i'm really loving the game.if it wasn't for this bug i would have already completed it.

Thanks again for your work!

Thank you so much, I’m really glad you’re enjoying it! The fix is already up. Oh, and while you’re in that house… look closely. Not everything is visible at first glance 👀

Good game and graphics.

Is this also part of the horror?

I also only just realized that the free workshop uses your main save and that there is no way to earn enough money for the next mission if you accidentally spent too much.

No, that one was my mistake 😅 I hadn’t noticed it, but it’s funny to know it could pass as part of the game. I’ll upload a fix for it.

And you’re totally right, I left the free workshop a bit aside and missed that detail. I’ll include it in the same fix.

Thanks a lot for the feedback and for playing. As my first released game, it really means a lot!

You’re most welcome. It will be a delight to replay too.
